Mr. Persaud was admitted to practice in New York in 2011, and before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He graduated summa cum laude, from St. John’s University and received a Juris Doctorate Degree from St. John’s University School of Law as a Dean’s List Graduate. Mr. Persaud has devoted his time at Gallardo Levin Reiter & Rogers to defending clients in the areas of construction liability, premises liability, labor law, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, nursing home liability, church and charitable institution liability, and insurance coverage and construction law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
