On Behalf of | Feb 10, 2026 | General Liability

In an action related to an alleged motor vehicle accident, plaintiff claimed that he suffered injuries to his wrist, shoulder, knee, back, neck and abdomen. After four years of litigation, and successfully obtaining medical records documenting pre-existing injuries, Gallardo Levin Reiter & Rogers made a motion for summary judgment demonstrating that plaintiff’s alleged injuries were not causally related to the accident. The Court originally denied the motion, but Gallardo Levin Reiter & Rogers moved to re-argue, and upon re-argument the Court dismissed the action. The case was handled by Gallardo Levin Reiter & Rogers Partner Katherine Giovacco.
