Biography
Tricia A. Heino Moriates, Esq. is a seasoned litigator with more than two decades of experience handling complex legal matters across municipal, civil, employment, and regulatory arenas. Her litigation background is rooted in early private sector practice and strengthened through years of high level government service, where she has managed cases from inception through resolution, supervised outside counsel, and advised senior officials on high stakes legal strategy.
Her litigation foundation includes managing matters through trial preparation, drafting and arguing motions, conducting and defending depositions, representing clients in conferences, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and negotiating favorable outcomes. As Principal Law Clerk in the Supreme Court of Nassau County, she provided direct legal counsel to a Judge on intricate litigation issues, drafted judicial opinions and decisions, and facilitated settlement driven conferences between counsel — experience that gives her rare insight into judicial reasoning and courtroom dynamics.
As a Senior Associate at Gallardo Levin Reiter & Rogers, LLP, Tricia focuses her practice on defending corporate, institutional, and professional clients in high exposure and complex litigation. She manages cases from inception through trial preparation, drafts and argues motions, conducts and defends depositions, and represents clients in conferences, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations. Drawing on more than 20 years of litigation experience she brings exceptional legal research, persuasive writing, and strategic judgment to every matter she handles.
